Pricing
Advertised rates include captain & fuel. Rate does not include tax (7%) or the booking fee (3%). A security deposit is NOT required for this yacht rental as a captain is required. See Frequently Asked Questions for more details.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
50% down payment required to book. This payment will apply to your rental. This payment is non-refundable within 1 week of your reservation unless we cancel your rental due to inclement / unsafe weather. With at least a 1 week notice (7 days) you will receive a full refund for cancellations. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing info@boatrentals.miami
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED FOR LATE ARRIVALS OR NO-SHOWS.
Weather Policy
Weather is our call and will be made on the day of the rental, not prior to, unless there is an imminent named storm headed our way. In general, we consider sustained rains, high winds and low visability to be unsafe. There are many other factors that we consider, including the local weather radar and wind forecast. If you are concerned about the weather, please give us a call. Rentals may still happen with passing showers at our staff's discretion. We do not issue refunds for overcast conditions alone.
